A call loop warning appears when your routing configuration could create an infinite loop of forwarded calls.
What causes a call loop
A loop occurs when:
Calls are forwarded from Number A to your AI
Your AI is set to forward to Number A
This creates an endless circle of forwarding
Common scenario
You forward calls from your business mobile to AI
You also set AI to ring your business mobile first
Call forwards to AI β AI calls your mobile β forwards to AI β repeat
How to fix the loop
Option 1: Use AI-only mode
If forwarding from your number, set routing to "AI Answers All Calls"
Don't have AI ring the same number that forwards to it
Option 2: Use different numbers
Forward from business number
Have AI ring your personal/secondary number
Option 3: Disable conflicting forwarding
Remove the call forwarding from your phone
Or remove the ring-first routing from AI

Preventing loops
The system warns you before saving a configuration that would create a loop. If you see this warning:
Review which number forwards TO the AI
Review which number the AI forwards TO
Ensure they're not the same number
