These settings control what happens when someone calls your AI number directly. Choose how calls are handled based on your preferences.

Available routing options

  1. AI Answers All Calls (Default)

    • Every call to your AI number goes directly to your AI Receptionist

    • No phone ringing for you

    • AI handles everything 24/7

    • Best for: Businesses wanting fully automated call handling

  2. Ring My Phone First

    • When someone calls your AI number, your phone rings for a set time (e.g., 20 seconds)

    • If you don't answer, AI Receptionist takes over

    • You can still answer important calls personally

    • Best for: Businesses wanting to answer when available

  3. Schedule-Based Routing

    • Configure different routing by time/day for calls to your AI number

    • Example: Ring your phone during business hours, AI only outside hours

    • Flexible scheduling per day of week

    • Best for: Businesses with defined working hours

Important: These settings only apply to direct calls to your AI number. If you're forwarding calls from your existing number, your phone already rings first before the AI receives the call.
