Understanding call flow

There are two ways calls can reach your AI Receptionist:

  1. Forwarded calls from your existing number:

    • Customers dial your existing business number

    • Call is forwarded to your AI Receptionist

    • Keeps your existing number in use

  2. Direct calls to your AI number:

    • Customers dial your AI Receptionist's phone number directly

    • AI answers immediately

    • Simplest setup
