Customer Intelligence enables your AI Receptionist to remember and recognise returning callers, creating personalised experiences.

What Customer Intelligence does

  • Recognises returning callers by phone number

  • Builds customer profiles over time

  • Stores critical facts you add about customers

  • Enables personalised greetings using customer names

  • Shows interaction history for each customer

How to enable/disable

  1. Go to Receptionist Settings in the menu

  2. Find Customer Intelligence section

  3. Toggle on or off

  4. Changes save automatically

When Customer Intelligence is enabled

  • Your AI greets returning callers personally (if name is known)

  • Customer profiles are created automatically from calls

  • You can add notes and critical facts to profiles

  • Call history is linked to customer profiles
    ​

When Customer Intelligence is disabled

  • All callers are treated as first-time callers

  • No customer profiles are created

  • Existing profiles are preserved but not used

  • Personalised greeting option is unavailable

Privacy note

  • Customer data is stored securely

  • Profiles are based on phone numbers

  • You can delete individual customer profiles at any time
