AI collects details including when caller is available
You contact the caller to arrange the appointment
Best for: Businesses wanting personal scheduling control
AI says: "[Business] will be in touch to organise the appointment."
Take Bookings (Requires calendar)
AI checks your calendar availability
Works with caller to find suitable times
Bookings appear for your confirmation
Best for: Automated scheduling with final approvalAI says: "I'll note those times. [Business] will review these options and confirm the best slot."
