Steps to change your AI's voice
Go to Receptionist Settings in the menu
Find the Voice Selection section
Click the radio button next to your preferred voice
Click the play icon next to any voice to hear a preview
Your selection saves automatically
Available voices
Voice | Description |
John | British male, professional and warm |
Lucy | British female, friendly and clear |
Archer | British male, confident and articulate |
Mia | British female, warm and approachable |
Note: Voice changes take effect on the next call. Any call in progress will continue with the previous voice.
Choosing the right voice
Consider your brand personality:
Professional services (accountants, lawyers) - John or Archer
Creative/friendly services - Lucy or Mia
Trade services - Any voice that feels welcoming
