You can choose from several British voice options for your AI Receptionist. Change the voice to match your brand's personality.

Steps to change your AI's voice

  1. Go to Receptionist Settings in the menu

  2. Find the Voice Selection section

  3. Click the radio button next to your preferred voice

  4. Click the play icon next to any voice to hear a preview

  5. Your selection saves automatically

British male, professional and warm

Lucy

British female, friendly and clear

Archer

British male, confident and articulate

Mia

British female, warm and approachable

Note: Voice changes take effect on the next call. Any call in progress will continue with the previous voice.

Choosing the right voice

Consider your brand personality:

  • Professional services (accountants, lawyers) - John or Archer

  • Creative/friendly services - Lucy or Mia

  • Trade services - Any voice that feels welcoming

There's no wrong choice - pick what feels right for your business.
