If the Confirm button is greyed out or disabled, there are a few common reasons.
Reasons the Confirm button is disabled
No time selected:
You must select a date and time before confirming
Click on one of the suggested times from the customer's availability
Calendar not connected:
"Take Bookings" mode requires a connected calendar
Go to Bookings and connect your Google or Outlook calendar
Booking already processed:
The booking may have already been confirmed or declined
Check the Confirmed or History tabs
How to fix
Select a time slot from the customer's proposed times
If no calendar connected, connect your calendar first
Refresh the page if the issue persists
