Why is the Confirm button disabled?

Troubleshoot why you can't confirm a booking - common causes include missing time selection or disconnected calendar.

If the Confirm button is greyed out or disabled, there are a few common reasons.

Reasons the Confirm button is disabled

  1. No time selected:

    • You must select a date and time before confirming

    • Click on one of the suggested times from the customer's availability

  2. Calendar not connected:

    • "Take Bookings" mode requires a connected calendar

    • Go to Bookings and connect your Google or Outlook calendar

  3. Booking already processed:

    • The booking may have already been confirmed or declined

    • Check the Confirmed or History tabs

How to fix

  1. Select a time slot from the customer's proposed times

  2. If no calendar connected, connect your calendar first

  3. Refresh the page if the issue persists
