If you can't accommodate a booking request, you can decline it. This removes it from your pending bookings.
Steps to decline a booking
Go to Bookings in the menu
Click the Pending tab
Find the booking you want to decline
Click Decline
Optionally add a reason (for your records)
Confirm the decline
What happens when you decline
The booking is removed from Pending
It appears in your booking history as Declined
The customer is NOT automatically notified
You should follow up with the customer yourself

When to decline
You're fully booked at the requested times
The service requested isn't something you offer
The customer's location is outside your service area
The request doesn't meet your requirements
Important: Declining a booking doesn't notify the customer. Best practice is to call them back to explain and potentially offer alternatives.
