How do I confirm a booking?

Review pending booking requests, select a date and time, adjust duration, and confirm appointments.

When your AI Receptionist receives a booking request, you review and confirm it to schedule the appointment.

Steps to confirm a booking

  1. Go to Bookings in the menu

  2. Click the Pending tab to see unconfirmed bookings

  3. Click on a booking card to expand it

  4. Review the caller's details and requested times

  5. Select a date and time from the available options

  6. Adjust the duration if needed (AI estimates this, but you can change it)

  7. Add an optional note for the customer

  8. Click Confirm Booking

What happens when you confirm

  • A calendar event is created (if calendar connected)

  • The booking moves to the Confirmed tab

  • You can send an SMS notification to the customer

Sending confirmation to the customer

After confirming, you'll see a Share via SMS option:

  1. Click Share via SMS

  2. Review the message that will be sent

  3. Click Send

  4. The customer receives confirmation details

Note: Make sure the caller provided their phone number during the call for SMS to work.
