How do I disconnect my calendar?

Remove your calendar connection and understand what happens to existing bookings when you disconnect.

You can disconnect your calendar at any time if you no longer want calendar integration.

Steps to disconnect your calendar

  1. Go to Bookings in the menu

  2. Find the calendar connection status (shows which calendar is connected)

  3. Click Disconnect next to your calendar email

  4. Confirm the disconnection

What happens when you disconnect

  • Availability checking stops - AI can no longer see your calendar

  • "Take Bookings" mode disabled - Reverts to "I'll Follow Up" mode

  • Existing events remain - Previously created booking events stay on your calendar

  • Future bookings affected - New confirmed bookings won't create calendar events

When to disconnect

  • Switching to a different calendar account

  • No longer using calendar integration

  • Troubleshooting connection issues (disconnect and reconnect)

Note: You can reconnect at any time by following the connection steps again.
