If a page in your CyberStaff dashboard won't finish loading or seems stuck, try these solutions.
Solution 1: Refresh the page
The simplest fix often works.
Press F5 or Ctrl+R (Cmd+R on Mac)
Or click the refresh button in your browser
Wait for the page to fully reload
Solution 2: Hard refresh
A hard refresh clears cached data.
Chrome/Firefox/Edge: Ctrl+Shift+R (Cmd+Shift+R on Mac)
Safari: Hold Shift and click the refresh button
Solution 3: Clear browser cache
Old cached data can cause loading issues.
In Chrome:
Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete
Select "Cached images and files"
Click "Clear data"
Reload CyberStaff
Solution 4: Try incognito mode
This tests if extensions or cookies are causing issues.
Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N (Cmd+Shift+N on Mac)
Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
Edge: Ctrl+Shift+N
Try loading the page in incognito
Solution 5: Check your internet
Slow or unstable internet can cause loading issues.
Test other websites to see if they load
Try disconnecting and reconnecting to WiFi
Switch to mobile data temporarily
Solution 6: Try a different browser
Browser-specific issues are common.
If using Chrome, try Firefox or Edge
If using Safari, try Chrome

Extensions can interfere with web applications.
Temporarily disable ad blockers
