How to correct information

  1. Go to Business in the menu

  2. Find the section with wrong information

  3. Correct the information

  4. Changes will automatically save

  5. Changes apply immediately to your AI

Common areas to check

Services:

  • Are all your services listed?

  • Are descriptions accurate?

  • Is pricing current?

Hours:

  • Are opening hours correct for each day?

  • Have seasonal hours been updated?

Location:

  • Is your address complete and correct?

  • Are service areas accurate?

Contact:

  • Is the phone number correct?

  • Is the email address current?

Your edits override extraction

When you manually edit information, your changes take priority over what was extracted from your website. This means:

  • You have full control

  • Changes apply immediately

  • Future re-scans won't overwrite your edits

Updating after website changes

If you've updated your website and want to re-extract:

  1. Go to Business in the menu

  2. Look for a Refresh or Rescan option

  3. Review extracted information

  4. Make any necessary corrections

If your AI keeps saying wrong things despite correct business info:

  • Make a test call to identify exactly what's wrong

  • Check the transcript for the incorrect statement

  • Contact support with the specific issue
