I can't hear the AI voice preview

Fix audio playback issues when previewing AI voice options in settings.

If the voice preview doesn't play when you click the play button, try these solutions.

Solution 1: Check volume

  • Make sure your device volume is turned up

  • Check the browser tab isn't muted

  • Verify headphones are connected (if using them)

Solution 2: Browser audio permissions

Your browser may be blocking audio.

In Chrome:

  1. Click the lock icon in the address bar

  2. Find "Sound" or "Audio"

  3. Set to "Allow"

  4. Refresh the page

Solution 3: Try a different browser

Some browsers handle audio differently.

  • Try Chrome (recommended)

  • Try Firefox

  • Try Edge

Solution 4: Check browser extensions

Ad blockers or privacy extensions may block audio.

  • Temporarily disable extensions

  • Try in incognito/private mode

  • Whitelist CyberStaff in your ad blocker

Solution 5: Device issues

  • Try different headphones or speakers

  • Check your computer's audio output settings

  • Restart your browser

  • Restart your device

It's not about the preview

Remember: The preview is just for you to hear the voice options. Even if preview doesn't work, your AI will still use the selected voice on calls.
