Make sure your device volume is turned up
Check the browser tab isn't muted
Verify headphones are connected (if using them)

Your browser may be blocking audio.
In Chrome:
Click the lock icon in the address bar
Find "Sound" or "Audio"
Set to "Allow"
Refresh the page

Some browsers handle audio differently.

Solution 4: Check browser extensions
Ad blockers or privacy extensions may block audio.
Temporarily disable extensions
Try in incognito/private mode

It's not about the preview
Remember: The preview is just for you to hear the voice options. Even if preview doesn't work, your AI will still use the selected voice on calls.
