You can permanently delete your account if you no longer want to use the AI Receptionist service.
Steps to delete your account
Go to Account in the sidebar
Scroll to the Danger Zone section at the bottom
Contact the email address shown
Our team will process your request and confirm the deletion
What gets deleted
Your user account and login
All business information
Call history and transcripts
Customer profiles
Booking history
Webhook configurations
All settings
What happens to your subscription
Active subscriptions are cancelled
No further charges will occur
No partial refunds for remaining time
Cancel subscription first if you want to complete your billing period
Before you delete
Consider these alternatives:
Downgrade to a cheaper plan
Cancel subscription but keep account (can reactivate later)
Contact support if you have issues we might solve
Account deletion is permanent
Cannot be undone
Data cannot be recovered
You would need to sign up fresh to use service again
Your AI phone number may be reassigned
