How do I reset my forgotten password?

Request a password reset link via email if you've forgotten your login credentials.

If you can't remember your password, you can reset it via email.

Steps to reset your password

  1. Go to the Login page

  2. Click Forgot Password below the login form

  3. Enter the email address associated with your account

  4. Click Send Reset Link

  5. Check your email inbox

  6. Click the link in the email

  7. Enter your new password

  8. Confirm the new password

  9. Click Reset Password

  10. Log in with your new password

Important notes

  • Reset links expire after 1 hour for security

  • Check your spam/junk folder if email doesn't arrive

  • Only one reset link works at a time (requesting a new one invalidates old ones)

  • The link can only be used once

Email not arriving?

  • Wait a few minutes (sometimes delayed)

  • Check spam/junk folder

  • Verify you're using the correct email address

  • Try requesting another reset link

  • Ensure emails from CyberStaff aren't blocked

Security note

We don't send your password in emails. The reset link takes you to a secure page where you create a new password.
