Steps to connect to Make.com

  1. In Make.com:

    1. Go to make.com and log in (or create free account)

    2. Create a new scenario

    3. Click the + button to add a module

    4. Search for Webhooks

    5. Select Custom webhook

    6. Click Create a webhook

    7. Give it a name (e.g., "CyberStaff Calls")

    8. Click Save

    9. Copy the webhook URL

  2. In CyberStaff:

    1. Go to Integrations in the profile popup in the menu

    2. Paste the Make.com webhook URL

    3. Click Save

    4. Click Send Test

  3. Back in Make.com:

    1. Click Redetermine data structure (or your test data appears)

    2. Add more modules for what you want to do with the data

    3. Turn on your scenario
