Zapier lets you connect your AI Receptionist to thousands of apps without coding.

Steps to connect to Zapier

  1. In Zapier:

    1. Go to zapier.com and log in (or create free account)

    2. Click Create Zap

    3. For the trigger, search "Webhooks by Zapier"

    4. Select Catch Hook as the trigger event

    5. Click Continue

    6. Copy the Custom Webhook URL provided

    7. Click Continue (leave trigger test for later)

  2. In CyberStaff:

    1. Go to Integrations in the profile popup in the menu

    2. Paste the Zapier webhook URL

    3. Click Save

    4. Click Send Test to send sample data

  3. Back in Zapier:

    1. Click Test Trigger in Zapier

    2. You should see the test data

    3. Continue to add your action (what happens with the data)

Example Zap: Call to Google Sheets

  1. Trigger: Webhooks by Zapier (your CyberStaff webhook)

  2. Action: Google Sheets - Create Spreadsheet Row

  3. Map fields: Caller phone β†’ Column A, Summary β†’ Column B, etc.

  4. Turn on Zap

  5. Every call automatically adds a row to your sheet
