How do I update my business hours?

Set your opening hours for each day of the week so your AI provides accurate availability information.

Keep your opening hours current so your AI can accurately tell callers when you're available.

Steps to update hours

  1. Go to Business in the menu

  2. Find the Hours section

  3. For each day of the week:

    • Toggle the day On or Off

    • Set the opening time

    • Set the closing time

  4. Changes save automatically

Common configurations

Standard office hours:

  • Mon-Fri: 9:00 - 17:00

  • Sat-Sun: Closed

Retail hours:

  • Mon-Sat: 9:00 - 18:00

  • Sun: 10:00 - 16:00

24/7 Service:

  • All days: 00:00 - 23:59
