How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel your subscription through the billing portal and understand what happens to your service.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal.

Steps to cancel

  1. Go to Billing section in the profile popup in the menu

  2. Click Manage Subscription

  3. In the Stripe portal, click Cancel subscription

  4. Confirm your cancellation

  5. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period

What happens after cancellation

  • Service continues until the end of your paid period

  • AI stops answering calls after the period ends

  • Account remains accessible but inactive

  • Data is preserved for if you resubscribe

Before you cancel

Consider these alternatives:

  • Downgrade to a lower tier if cost is an issue

  • Pause by reducing usage (we don't offer formal pause)

  • Contact support if you have issues we might solve

Reactivating after cancellation

  • Log in anytime

  • Click Upgrade

  • Choose a new plan

  • Service restores immediately

Note: We don't prorate cancellations. If you cancel mid-month, you'll have service until your next billing date but won't receive a partial refund.
