How do I manage my subscription?

Access the billing portal to change plans, update payment methods, and view invoices.

Access the Stripe Customer Portal to manage all aspects of your subscription and billing.

Accessing the billing portal

  1. Go to Billing section in the profile popup in the menu

  2. You'll be redirected to the Stripe Customer Portal

In the billing portal you can

Subscription management:

  • View your current plan

  • See your next billing date

Payment management:

  • Update your credit/debit card

  • View payment history

  • Add backup payment method

Account management:

  • Update billing email

  • View upcoming charges

  • Cancel subscription

Plan changes

  • Upgrades: Take effect immediately

  • Downgrades: Take effect at next billing period

  • Cancellations: Service continues until period end

Note: The billing portal is provided by Stripe. Your payment information is handled securely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
