Accessing the billing portal
Go to Billing section in the profile popup in the menu
You'll be redirected to the Stripe Customer Portal
In the billing portal you can
Subscription management:
View your current plan
See your next billing date
Payment management:
Update your credit/debit card
View payment history
Add backup payment method
Account management:
Update billing email
View upcoming charges
Cancel subscription
Plan changes
Upgrades: Take effect immediately
Downgrades: Take effect at next billing period
Cancellations: Service continues until period end
Note: The billing portal is provided by Stripe. Your payment information is handled securely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
