What happens if I exceed my minutes?

Understand overage charges when you use more than your included monthly minutes.

Updated this week

If you use more minutes than your plan includes, you'll be charged for the extra usage at your plan's overage rate.

How overage works

  1. Your plan includes a set number of minutes per month

  2. Once you exceed your included minutes, overage begins

  3. Additional minutes are charged at your plan's overage rate

  4. Overage charges are added to your next invoice
