Common reasons for missing notifications
Email notifications:
Check spam/junk folder:
Notifications may be filtered as spam
Add [email protected] to your contacts
Verify email address:
Go to Account > Notifications
Check the email address is correct
Look for typos
Confirm notifications are enabled:
Toggle must be switched On
Email field must not be empty
Email delivery delays:
Some email providers have delays
Wait a few minutes and check again
SMS notifications:
Phone number validation:
Number must be validated before SMS works
Check for validation status in settings
Correct number entered:
Verify the mobile number is correct
Include country code for non-UK numbers
Mobile carrier issues:
