SMS notifications send a text message to your phone after each call, perfect for staying updated when away from email.

Steps to enable SMS notifications

  1. Go to Account in the profile popup in the menu

  2. Find the Notifications section

  3. Enter your mobile phone number

  4. The system validates your number automatically

  5. Once validated, toggle SMS notifications to On

  6. Your settings save automatically

Phone number requirements

  • Must be a mobile phone number (not landline)

  • UK numbers work automatically

  • International numbers must include country code

  • Number is validated before SMS can be enabled

Each SMS includes

  • Caller's phone number

  • Brief summary of the call

  • Link to view full details (optional)

SMS notification timing

  • Sent immediately after each call ends

  • Standard SMS delivery (typically instant)

  • One SMS per call
