How do I disable Customer Intelligence?

Turn off caller recognition and profile building if you prefer your AI to treat all callers as new.

You can turn off Customer Intelligence if you don't want your AI to remember callers.

Steps to disable Customer Intelligence

  1. Go to Receptionist Settings in the menu

  2. Find the Customer Intelligence section

  3. Untick 'Enable caller memory'

  4. Your change saves automatically
    ​

What happens when disabled

  • AI treats every caller as a new caller

  • No personalised greetings by name

  • Customer profiles stop being created

  • Existing profiles are preserved but unused

  • "Personalise greeting with name" option becomes unavailable

When to disable

  • Privacy-focused business approach

  • Simple answering service without personalisation

  • Testing or troubleshooting

Re-enabling Customer Intelligence

  • Toggle back to On at any time

  • Preserved profiles become active again

  • New profiles start being created

  • Personalisation features return

Note: Disabling doesn't delete existing profiles. To delete profiles, do so individually from the Customers page.
