You can turn off Customer Intelligence if you don't want your AI to remember callers.
Steps to disable Customer Intelligence
Go to Receptionist Settings in the menu
Find the Customer Intelligence section
Untick 'Enable caller memory'
Your change saves automatically
What happens when disabled
AI treats every caller as a new caller
No personalised greetings by name
Customer profiles stop being created
Existing profiles are preserved but unused
"Personalise greeting with name" option becomes unavailable

Simple answering service without personalisation
Testing or troubleshooting
Re-enabling Customer Intelligence
Toggle back to On at any time
Preserved profiles become active again
New profiles start being created
Personalisation features return
Note: Disabling doesn't delete existing profiles. To delete profiles, do so individually from the Customers page.
