Steps to add a customer manually

  1. Go to Customers in the menu

  2. Click Add Customer button

  3. Enter the customer's phone number (required)

  4. Add their name

  5. Click Save

  6. Add location (optional)

  7. Add any critical facts (optional)

When to add customers manually

  • Before they call: Add details for expected callers

  • From other sources: Import customers from other systems

  • Referrals: Add referred customers before their first call

  • Existing relationships: Add customers you already know

Benefits of pre-adding customers

  • AI can greet them by name on their first call

Phone number requirements

  • Must be a valid phone format

  • Include country code for non-UK numbers

  • This becomes their unique identifier

  • Can't be changed after creation
