How do I delete a customer profile?

Permanently remove customer profiles while preserving call history records.

You can delete customer profiles you no longer need. This removes their profile but preserves call history.

Steps to delete a customer profile

  1. Go to Customers in the menu

  2. Click on the customer's profile

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page

  4. Find the Danger Zone section

  5. Click Delete Customer

  6. Confirm the deletion

What gets deleted

  • Customer profile and name

  • Location information

  • Critical facts you added

  • Link between customer and their calls

What's preserved

  • Call records remain - You can still see the calls in your call history

  • Call transcripts - Full conversation records are kept

  • Booking history - Any bookings are preserved

When to delete a profile:

  • Customer asked to be removed (data privacy request)

  • Duplicate profile created by mistake

  • Test profiles you no longer need

  • Inactive customers you want to clean up

Warning: Deletion is permanent. If the customer calls again, a new profile will be created.
