Steps to edit customer information
Go to Customers in the menu
Click on the customer's profile
Click the information you want to edit
Make your changes
Changes save automatically
Editable fields
Name: Customer's name as the AI will use it
Location: Their area, city, or full address
Critical facts: Notes and important information
When to update customer info
Name was captured incorrectly from a call
Customer has moved to a new location
You learned additional information about them
Correcting spelling or formatting
What can't be edited
Phone number: This is the customer's identifier (create a new profile instead)
Call history: Past calls are permanent records
Call dates and times: Automatically recorded
Tip: If a customer has a new phone number, you may need to create a new profile. The old profile will remain with the old number's call history.
