How do I edit customer information?

Update customer details like name, location, or contact information at any time.

Steps to edit customer information

  1. Go to Customers in the menu

  2. Click on the customer's profile

  3. Click the information you want to edit

  4. Make your changes

  5. Changes save automatically

Editable fields

  • Name: Customer's name as the AI will use it

  • Location: Their area, city, or full address

  • Critical facts: Notes and important information

When to update customer info

  • Name was captured incorrectly from a call

  • Customer has moved to a new location

  • You learned additional information about them

  • Correcting spelling or formatting

What can't be edited

  • Phone number: This is the customer's identifier (create a new profile instead)

  • Call history: Past calls are permanent records

  • Call dates and times: Automatically recorded

Tip: If a customer has a new phone number, you may need to create a new profile. The old profile will remain with the old number's call history.
