Where can I see my customer profiles?

Access your customer list to view profiles, call history, and contact information for all your callers.

View all your customer profiles and their details from the Customers page.

Accessing customer profiles

  1. Click Customers in the menu

  2. You'll see a list of all customers with profiles

  3. Click any customer to view their full profile

Customer list shows

  • Customer name

  • Phone number

  • Last call date

  • Total number of calls

  • Location (if available)

Searching and filtering

Search:

  • Type a name or phone number to search

  • Results filter as you type

Sort by:

  • Last call date (most recent first)

  • Name (alphabetical)

  • Total calls (most active first)

Filter by date:

  • All time

  • Last 30 days

  • Last 90 days

  • Custom range

Customer profile details

Click a customer to see:

  • Full contact information

  • All calls from this customer

  • Critical facts you've added

  • Edit options for their info
