Accessing customer profiles
Click Customers in the menu
You'll see a list of all customers with profiles
Click any customer to view their full profile

Location (if available)
Searching and filtering

Type a name or phone number to search
Results filter as you type
Sort by:
Last call date (most recent first)
Name (alphabetical)
Total calls (most active first)
