How do I delete a call?

Permanently delete call records from your history, including transcripts, notes, and associated bookings.

You can delete calls from your history if needed. This permanently removes the call record and cannot be undone.

Steps to delete a call

  1. Go to Calls in the menu

  2. Click on the call you want to delete

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the call details page

  4. Find the Danger Zone section

  5. Click Delete Call

  6. Confirm the deletion in the popup

What gets deleted

  • The call record

  • The transcript

  • Any notes you added

  • The associated booking (if one exists)

Warning: Deleting a call also deletes any booking request associated with it. If you've already confirmed a booking, it will be removed from your calendar.

When to delete calls

  • Test calls you no longer need

  • Spam or wrong number calls

  • Duplicate entries (rare)

Calls cannot be recovered

Once deleted, there is no way to recover a call. If you're unsure, keep the call and add a note instead of deleting.
