Adding notes to calls helps you track follow-up actions, record outcomes, and keep important information about each conversation.

Adding a note to a call
Go to Calls in the menu
Click on the call you want to add notes to
Find the Notes section
Click Add Note and a popup will appear
Type your note
Click Save Notes
What to include in notes
Follow-up actions - "Call back Monday about quote"
Outcome - "Booked for next Thursday"
Special requirements - "Needs wheelchair access"
Customer preferences - "Prefers morning appointments"
Internal reminders - "Check stock before confirming"
Notes are private
Only you and your team can see notes
Notes are not shared with the caller
Notes appear when you view the call details
Tip: Add notes immediately after reviewing a call while the details are fresh in your mind.
