What do the lead scores mean?

How lead scores are calculated

Your AI analyses the conversation and considers:

  • Buying signals - Did they ask about pricing, availability, or booking?

  • Urgency - Do they need service soon?

  • Specificity - Did they describe a specific need vs general questions?

  • Engagement - How much did they interact with the AI?

  • Budget indicators - Did they mention budget or accept pricing?

Using lead scores effectively

  1. Filter by Hot leads to see your most promising opportunities

  2. Check Warm leads daily - they may need nurturing

  3. Review Cold leads weekly - some may warm up over time

  4. Look at the transcript to understand why a score was given

Note: Lead scores are suggestions based on AI analysis. Use your own judgement alongside them - you know your business best.
