Where can I see my call history?

View all calls handled by your AI Receptionist, search by caller name or phone number, and filter by date, reason, or lead score.

Your call history shows every call your AI Receptionist has handled, with full details available for each one.


Viewing your call history

  1. Click Calls in the menu

  2. You'll see a list of all calls, newest first

  3. Each call shows:

    • Caller phone number

    • Date and time

    • Duration

    • Call reason (Booking, Enquiry, etc.)

    • Lead score badge (Hot/Warm/Cold)

    • Action required flag (if applicable)

Searching and filtering calls

Search:

  • Type a caller's name or phone number in the search box

  • Results update as you type

Filter by date range:

  • Last 24 hours

  • Last 7 days

  • Last 30 days

  • Last 90 days

  • All time

Filter by call reason:

  • Booking Request

  • General Enquiry

  • Complaint

  • Service Inquiry

  • Price Enquiry

Filter by lead quality:

  • Hot leads only

  • Warm leads only

  • Cold leads only

Filter by action required:

  • Show only calls needing follow-up

Viewing call details

Click any call in the list to see full details including:

  • Complete transcript

  • AI summary

  • Lead score with explanation

  • Booking information (if applicable)

  • Notes you've added
