If you have both a mobile and landline number, you can switch which one is active. Only one number can receive calls at a time.
Steps to switch your active number
Visit the Phone Number section (click the gear icon by your AI phone number)
You'll see your mobile number and landline number (if chosen)
Click the on which number you want to use
Calls will now go to your newly active number

Note: When you switch numbers, update any marketing materials, business cards, or call forwarding that reference your old active number.
Choosing a landline number
Visit the Phone Number section (click the gear icon by your AI phone number)
Choose the Local landline number option
Search for your preferred area code (e.g., "London" or "0161")
Choose your area and click get Number
Your landline is now active
