When to use your AI number directly

How to find your AI number

  1. Log in to your CyberStaff Dashboard

  2. Your AI phone number is displayed on the Dashboard home page

Mobile vs Landline numbers

  • Mobile number - Assigned automatically during signup. Works great for all purposes.

  • Landline number - Optional. Choose a geographic landline with a local area code (e.g., 020 for London, 0161 for Manchester) if you want a number that looks local to your area.

Note: You can only have one number active at a time. If you add a landline, you choose which number is active.
