How do I make a test call?

Making a test call lets you hear exactly how your AI Receptionist will sound to your customers. You can test as many times as you like during your trial.

Steps to make a test call

  1. Find your AI phone number in the Dashboard (displayed on the home page)

  2. Call this number from any phone

  3. Have a conversation with your AI - ask about your services, request a booking, or ask general questions

  4. After the call ends, check your Calls page to see the full transcript and AI summary

Note: Test calls count toward your trial limit of 10 calls per day. After your trial, test calls use your subscription minutes.

What to test

  • Business information accuracy - Does the AI know your services, hours, and location correctly?

  • Booking flow - If you take bookings, try requesting an appointment

  • Voice and tone - Does the voice match your brand?

  • Opening greeting - Is the welcome message appropriate?

After your test call

Go to Calls in the menu to see:

  • Full conversation transcript

  • AI-generated summary

  • Lead quality score

  • Any booking requests extracted
